Our H22I-SS was shipped and received in a timely manner like I was told it would be. A couple of friends and I ran our 3in flex up the chimney and slid the insert into the fireplace and sealed around the outer edges. It was very simple and easy to install just a little heavy which is good, so have some help moving it in. We are really pleased with the comfortbilt insert. I would have given it 5 stars if I knew more about how it holds up. I feel like it uses a little more wood pellets than I had expected. That could be my fault tho I am still learning about how to work the insert.
