Gordon is whom I dealt with and Gordon needs a new job. He was the RUDEST person I've have the displeasure of speaking with so far this year. He was about as helpful as a pebble. He was unwilling to answer my questions regarding my stoves warranty, which, according to his talking over me, nothing is covered because Gordon says so. I don't know if it's because I'm a woman or if it's because Gordon is simply NOT the customer service type, but this certainly made up my mind to never buy a Comfort-Bilt stove again.
