“Your company was very responsive to my problems with delivery and damage to the product during delivery return and expeditious replacement of the damaged product. However I’m concerned that your shipping company is less than efficient. For example today when they delivered the new pellet stove I did not received an hour notification of when it would be delivered. Thank goodness the driver was willing to wait for me to arrive home and accept the shipment. He claimed that the app or whatever you use didn’t go through to notify me about the hour notification. I’m sorry but that simply is not acceptable. It could’ve been that it’s it was sent back again. Then I would’ve had to wait till another week.”

“overall I'm happy with my hp21, only complaint is having to order 2 new ignitors each year. they seem to be the weak link in your system.”

“The stove was ordered and arrived in a timely matter. We have not got it running yet but soon. Seemed to have an extra piece inside? Do not know what it is so I guess we will remove it. Husband called about it but didn't get an answer.”

“If you are going to make upgraded parts that need other items to work you should include them but least say so in the description instead of letting someone find out once it's too late and the stove is down”

“Service was excellent: prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. However, the power switch itself was not at all impressive. For the cost, i expected a much more robust device(I repair electronics as a hobby). Next time i will just hotwire the stove and use the plug as a switch. Except for the power switch failing, the stove has performed very well for us.”

“Switch was easy to replace. Technical service wasn't very efficient. Spent almost 2 weeks and numerous phone calls trying different things before they came up with replacing the fire switch.”

“We love our comfortbuilt HP pellet stove . There is a couple things that bothers me a little bit, I had a terrible time finding someone to install my new stove and for some reason I can still smell smoke when I first fire my stove up. After the smoke is gone inside of the chamber I don't smell it anymore but when I first light it I can smell smoke. Otherwise I love our comfortbuilt HP pellet stove.”

“Installed my new pellet stove HP22N works wonderful. The only complaint I have so far is that the discharge is not centered on the stove so I had to purchase 45 to bring it in line with my chimney. Just an extra cost that I didnt count on.”
