Service was excellent: prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. However, the power switch itself was not at all impressive. For the cost, i expected a much more robust device(I repair electronics as a hobby). Next time i will just hotwire the stove and use the plug as a switch. Except for the power switch failing, the stove has performed very well for us.
