Delivery was a cluster. Apparently I had to schedule it even though the email never said that. The stove is well made. Feedbox is undersized. 1 bag barely fits in.

Operationally sound, heats very well, starts easily. Only problem has been circulating fan performance, but company stood by their product replacing defective part very fast. Only problem is the transportation of stove, a little marked up and door does not close as it appears bent from transporting.

Received damaged product which wasn't assembled correctly prior to shipment. I submitted a work order to rectify the problem and was contacted back very shortly. Correct parts were shipped out and I replaced them and the stove works fine.

Online ordering is better for getting the parts you need, than in the past and they arrived earlier

The stove works great and is attractive. The maintenance leaves a lot to be desired. In the past, I had a Heatilator Stove that was easy to maintain. This stove requires tools and gaskets to clean it periodically. The gaskets tear and are difficult to install on the exhaust blower. The wing screws should have been studs with wing nuts to make it a little easier to align the new gasket. Also, there are no pre punched holes in the blower gasket and you have to remove the fan to replace the gasket as it is not just a gasket around the lip. My old stove took no special tool and I had to remove clunkers every other day or so. This stove seems to not have clunkers but instead fills the exhaust pipe with ash that is horizontal going out through my wall. (dangerous). The appearance of this stove is great but the maintenance is a real pain and time-consuming. I would not buy this tove again due to the maintenance required to keep it clean.

We are service techs for pellet stoves, Comfortbuilt design layout for servicing and working on stoves are good design, We have serviced Comforbuilt stoves for the last 4-5years with very few problems. Most problems are due to neglect of the person cleaning the stove weekly. A good vac should be used to remove ash. For the price, if you looking to offset the price of oil, propane, and electricity you should look at the Comforbuilt brand. Jim's Hearth Repair LLC jimshearthrepair.com Always recommend professional installation.

Unfortunately, I had to replace this switch after only owning the stove for 5 months. The auger gets stuck weekly and the pellets will feed too fast. There is no happy medium.

Well two months into my using my stove the bearings went out. As a service tech for castle stoves a few years ago I replace them. Didn't feel I should've had to do the job being two months old. So when I do need a part out of warranty I feel I should get a discount. The problem was the plate was crooked when installed. All in all I do love the stove. jameshumphries@yahoo.com

Hello, I actually have meant to get a hold of you. We purchased this assembly on February 18th via my PayPal account for $169.00. We then called then called Comfortbilt a day or 2 later and they said they would ship me out one free of charge. Which they did, I received with in just a couple of days. However, I never received the one I paid for and never got refunded for it. Is this something you can help me resolve. Thanks, James Prettyman
