We are service techs for pellet stoves, Comfortbuilt design layout for servicing and working on stoves are good design, We have serviced Comforbuilt stoves for the last 4-5years with very few problems. Most problems are due to neglect of the person cleaning the stove weekly.
A good vac should be used to remove ash.
For the price, if you looking to offset the price of oil, propane, and electricity you should look at the Comforbuilt brand.
