Disappointed that I had to purchase not just one kit that had fixed 90 degree piping but because it was fixed I had to purchase another kit for another $$$ 🤬 because the shove needed 45 degree tubing. can I return the first kit for a refund?

I needed a new burnpot as every year the old one cracks and it is hard to get out of the stove as it expands.

I live in rural Quebec and although the actual HP22 stove arrived on time it was also quite a long time but it was also purchased through Amazon. I since purchased smaller items directly from them. Those were an ash vacuum and a longer sensor. Later on I extended the warranty. Those items were delivered very quickly.

The 2 stoves I bought run okay. There have been some technical and warranty issues but the person I had on the phone helped me fix the problem and had the replacement parts at my home the next day! The upstairs fireplace insert model blower motor makes way too much noise, has since we installed it.

When it’s running properly the stove is great. It has some issues but Customer Service has been pretty accommodating. I they need to work out some of the kinks in their eco-mode. The constant cycling causes things to burn out and break.

Great stove...my only concern is the exhaust seems a little to high. I have seen some hot embers coming out of the exhaust pipe which is about 4 feet long with two elbows. If could turn down the exhaust I would, but I don't know what effect it would have on the rest of the stove's operations. I would recommend this stove to anyone. As a matter of fact, I have.

Good stove, sufficient heat, the remote works well, could be a little more substantial, blower should have lasted more than one winter.Other than that, good stove.

I've purchased 3 stoves from Comfortbilt. Always some initial quality issues but the tech people are fantastic to work with and have always gotten prompt replacement parts for things that go bad. They truly back their products. Could use better customer communication when known issues arise but overall I would buy a 4th stove if the need arises. Reasonably priced and work great once the bugs are worked out.

HP21. All in all works great. The one annoyance is the pellet hopper transition from the bin sidewall to the auger is not steep enough to allow the pellets to flow to the auger, reducing the usable capacity of the hopper by 1/4 to 1/3rd. I've tried different brands of pellets and see no difference. Did not see this issue with my previous stove, a St. Croix Lancaster. But that stove is not as wide, so the slope in the transition is steeper. The thing I love most is it is very easy to clean both when the ash pan fills and during the season and end season for general maintenance.

Your pellet stove is great, was a very good investment. I would recommend this pellet stove to anyone. There are some cons that I would like to bring to your attention, pellet loading door is just too small and hopper does not empty pellets before stove shuts off, always leaves 2 to 3 lbs. I still would give this stove a 4 plus star rating. Yes and by the way this second year with stove and no problems. Thank you

I recently purchased the stove to heat my garage while working in it and found that it was just perfect! Lots of heat! 65 on a 30 degree day.
