I bought and hp22n and I’m pretty happy with it. I own a Harmon p68 stove also and there are pros and cons to either stove. Comfort built pros Customizable Cost effective Puts out great heat Cons Burn pot dirties up in a few days Seems to create a lot of ash vs the Harmon Seems to high temp fault on level 5 Level five just eats pellets. For the difference in heat it’s not worth running it on 5 Harmon burn pot is superior design Needs to be cleaned often Overall it’s a great stove and unbeatable for the money. It requires more cleaning but it’s half the price of a comparable Harmon. When I was deciding on a second stove I chose theirs one because of the value and couldn’t justify spending double.

The firebox fit our stove perfectly, only negativity is that we have experienced is the bottom of the units have been cracking & starting to buckle from the heat. We are on our 3rd firebox of 2 winter seasons. We do run our pellet stove all night on #1 setting & turn it up every morning between 3 & 4 all day depending our weather.

Excellent value-stove is generally well engineered, however settings are not well described in the manual in simple terms. Stove was burning straight HOT when installed and needed some tech help to modify. Lid for pellets has an underneath lip that acquires pellets that are hard to clean out. Overall a nice unit.

The stove has been working well, and has been our primary source of heat since installation. We do, however, get an error message "low temperature" which causes the stove to shut down inexplicably. We can restart after a few minutes by unplugging the stove and turning back on. There is no explanation as to what "low temperature" error message means.

This stove has been a wonderful replacement from our wood stove. Gives of the feel of a real wood heat. Minimal mess with this stove. Like how the fan speed is adjustable. The only complaint I have is the ash pan, wish it was an easier design to catch more ash. Ash misses the catch pan, and fall down the side, having to scoop after the pan has been removed to empty.

The website isn't too bad to maneuver.

My wife and I are very happy with the pallet stove efficiency and especially the ease of going to our connected garage for pallets to fill the hopper. We’ve had a couple of snow storms since converting from our wood stove and I would’ve needed to exit the back of our house and go about 60’ away to bring in wood one load at a time after shoveling a path. The reason I didn’t give this a 5 rating is for the design of the removable ash collector. Most of the ash falls inside it but is not completely isolated. This makes for extra cleaning in the area where the removable pan sits especially the tight inner corners. Other than that very happy with the heating of our 2350 sq. foot home.

I love the heater, however I am tired of replacing the igniter in my Model 22, I see there is a "new and improved" version that is only available in an up-grade kit. I think it should be made available across the board, even though you might still have the older version in stock.

I had some feed problems which caused me to go to online support. I'm glad I did. Not only did my representative correct these and other issues, realizing he was chatting with wit an 86-year-old customer whose chatting skills did not carry over to the application, he actually called me on my house phone and helped me walkthrough the necessary steps to correct all issues. Now everything is poifect!!! Thank you to the techs at Comfortbuilt all whom I've been in contact with. Please pass along my huge gratitude to their skill in communication and patience.

It seems to be ok so far, but I feel that I shouldn't have had to replace it so quickly. I only used the pellet stove a couple months when the original seal started fraying.I had it for over a year though, before I got around to replacing it, so I don't think the warranty lasts over 1 year.

The service and customer service experience has been very good. As for the performance of the stove I am extremely disappointed in the pellet consumption. I can't even get a twelve hour burn out of an HP22 with the extended hopper. I have two Lopi units in other buildings on my premises and get 24 to 28 hours burn on 1 bag of pellets. Comfortbilt unit is terrible even using low manual setting.

Great stove and a company with integrity, something most companies lack. Still waiting on my ceramic igniter. Otherwise, love my stove. Did a lot of research before deciding on this one. I’m glad I did. I did tick the propane company off tho. 😂

Though I am still installing the unit, I am impressed at the design and quality of the unit. This will be the 5th pellet stove I have owned in my life, so I am not a newbie to the product or technology. What has mostly impressed me so-far was all the videos online that cover subjects I need to know. I was initially expecting to buy a competing product, but chose this when I compared it to the other one.

You have a lot of confusing sites, I would consolidate them into one site.

4, but I do not like the hopper, the pellets do not slide down very good. Causing to turn off because it ain't feeding.

So far have only run it on low. Even on low it likes to eat pellets, but I'm happy with it.

So far the appliance is ok. The sales people are terrible. That’s why I bought the new feet directly from comfortbilt. It was supposed to be brand new pellet stove but one of the adjustable feet was missing and three of the screws out of the back panel. So in short the appliance is good the sales person/store I delt with was terrible.

We live in northern Wisconsin where it can be very cold. New purchase. Haven’t seen really cold weather yet, only mid 20’s, but stove has performed flawlessly. Keeps our 2700 ft2 home toasty.
