Nice stove, very quiet and gives alot if heat out

I recently purchased the stove to heat my garage while working in it and found that it was just perfect! Lots of heat! 65 on a 30 degree day.

The person I spoke to was excellent getting my part out and I have no issues with it. The only thing I have to say asked them another question and no response.. Hopefully I don't ever have anymore issues

We have had a couple of issues with our new pellet stove, and we realize that No one is perfect. What was perfect was how quickly the team stepped up and took care of the problem, both times, by sending the defective parts right out to us.Thanks Team!

Wish their were better settings listed instead of having to call in for support. List of EPA settings in the manual to try would be more effective. It even takes a while ti get the insert dialed in,and even then its not the best.

I have the 22 insert I. My comments are bitter /sweet for you. After reading the manual and a little learning curve I found the stove to run very well, generating good heat. The downside’s I feel you are aware of but have not addressed them? May be wrong so I will list them. In the manual option I get low temp when pellets run out even when I have a quarter bag of pellets in the Harper. They lay on the side’s and don’t feed to the auger. Your Harper is too small have to feed the beast every day. Glass fog’s up. Pulling the rod to clean the heating tubes can only be done when cold and with great difficulty. It’s clear the tolerance’s are off and have not been fixed. I thank you for replacing the vacuum which died after three cleaning. May I suggest placing a filter paper around the screen to prevent the main filter from being clogged so heavily.

They took care of what we needed but are difficult to get a hold of. No answer when I asked if you had anyone to service our pellet stove in Colorado. We are in our 80’s and we need more help now. We love our stove but the maintenance is getting difficult. We did finally get it going. Rope gaskets did not come with glue and we had to search local stores to find high temp glue.

The customer service response for a power switch that had gone bad was great, however the shipping was poor. We were without heat in our house for six days waiting for that switch replacement.

It is great to have for any one who has a pellet stove I just through it came with a burn pot but maybe I did not see that part any way great to have and a big relief to have what you need

Your customer service is absolutely amazing. But my hp-22 I have had a lot of issues with it and I am not happy with my stove at all but your customer service is trying to help me. My uncle help install my stove and he went out and got one right after he helped me he loves his no issues at all and I have done nothing but fight this stove all the way from low temperature alarms to high temperature alarms to the stove not igniting and just filling the burn pot and I am still having to empty my ash pot at-least once a day and the pellets I am buying are very very good pellets other then that the stove heats amazing when I am having not issues.
