The stove works great. But you have a problem with the cast iron fire box. I’ve had to order several because of cracking. I was told you were working on it but it’s taking too long. Your rep said the Pacific NW is having more of these problems because of our hotter pellets. I doubt that. Have you checked with other manufactures in our area to see if their stoves are experiencing the same thing. You provide a good product and service but this issue is sullying your brand. You need to rectify this issue quickly.

I would like to say the support I received was amazing from the purchase to installing. there was a few problems with the shipping to no fault of comfort built. I cannot currently say how well the HP22I insert will work since its not winter time yet. photo taken when I just finished sorry about the clutter

I like the stove very much, it seems to be feeding pellets at a higher rate than expected . It is feeding at a rate of about one and a half bags per 24 hours on the lowest setting, most users report about one bag per 24 hours. I wish there was a way to slow it down because it also makes the house too warm at that rate to just let it run , so that leads to more starting and stopping than I would like to do.

The stove arrived on time and in perfect condition; ordering and delivery were perfect. On first trial, however, the auger did not work properly and pellets would not feed. The problem was that the set screw in the base of the auger did not engage the shaft of the auger motor and could not be screwed in far enough to engage. The threads in the base of the auger seemed to be fouled. I bought a 6mm-1.00 tap to cut or clear the threads. After re-cutting the threads the set screw engaged the shaft just fine; the auger turns and the stove now works beautifully. I am very happy with the purchase.

The burn pot I ordered worked perfectly. However, the gasket kit does not come with any instructions. I was able to install the 2 rectangular pre-cut gaskets and they worked well, but could not determine what the big gasket was for or how to install it.

The stove is awesome (HP-22) the customer service is great, my only complaint is the owners manual. Not very well written, I had to chat with a tech person on multiple issues in order to understand how to do something. But they were very responsive and solved my problems immediately.

Super easy install, we had only a chimney and were up and running in a few hours with only me and my two teens helping. The only negative i have seen is even the lowest setting a full box only lasts about 8 hours...while half the box remains full of pellets that are in the corners and edges , dont have enough feed angle or weight to keep the unit fed.

I love it except the pellets don’t slide down from the sides. Plenty of pellets left they just don’t slide down. So I have to keep filling it.

The orders took over two weeks to get here. But I called and inquired about the delay, and they immediately overnighted replacements without a cost to me and they got to me before the original orders. I appreciated the response and willingness to help.

Very pleased with this stove. The heat output is great. Noise is acceptable. Cleaning is fairly easy. You should keep some fire gasket around for when you clean out the back access ports just in case the existing one gets damaged. If the pellet fill opening on top of the stove was a little large it would be easier to fill. The thermostat wire on the back of the stove is too close to the fresh air pipe causing incorrect temperature reading. My biggest issue would be the control panel mounting to the back of the stove. Our pipe is offset so it is located in the middle of the stove for a better look. Due to the pipe location mounting the control panel was not ideal. I had to slide it to the right so much that it interferes with opening the right side panel of the stove. In order to access the back cleanouts (open the door completely) I have to unmount the control panel each time. I purchased some aluminum flat bar and will fabricate a mount at some point to move the control panel up and out of the way. Overall very satisfied with the stove.

The stove was easy to install, but I had many problems that were related to starting a fire. Initially, the stove did not come with program settings. The booklet provided was almost useless. I filled the hopper with pellets and pushed the start button and not enough pellets were produced to start a fire. I called you help people who were very, very helpful. But the stove still would not start a fire. After several calls and Emails and several different helpful individuals, several different settings were tried, the stove finally started making a fire when enough pellets were provided. I still have problems with the stove not providing enough pellets to start a fire. This problem is once in a while. I really like the stove and once lighted, it works like a charm. Dave Briggs

Everything is great other than the fact that I cannot hook up a wifi thermostat. I know “it’s coming once the feds allow us” but not sure how I’ll be notified once that option is available. Also not being able to turn the temp mode below 60 chaps my rear sometimes (would prefer to set at 50) but I’m assuming you have a reason for that. Tom
