Ordered a spare parts kit for my pellet stoves. Box arrived in a reasonable amount of time (especially these days). Took inventory and discovered a major part was not in there. Called the company and Glenn shipped that part out immediately. That's good customer service!

I purchased an HP22 Pellet Stove this year and am enjoying it so far, with one exception. I have been trying to get the flame dialed in to what the video shows for Levels 1-5; however, I am running into difficulty doing that. By working over the phone with (Clint & Johnathan who have been very supportive and understanding) there appears to be an airflow issue that we cannot put our finger on. I am concerned that when the real cold comes in I will not be getting the maximum efficiency of the stove and will thereby be disappointed. The Tech's Clint and Johnathan have been great to work with: but sometimes I believe you get to a point where you need a "District" Rep or Technician that was available for fieldwork to get a particular problem resolved. The over the phone Tech Support has been great and hats off to Clint and Johnathan! They are very understanding and cooperative, but I believe even they get frustrated with only having the ability to work via the customer and the phone to resolve problems. You know how it is when you sometimes can't see the working system or mechanical part to resolve a problem. I guess I will keep trying.

Love the stove burns great, big down side is the pellets not falling off the sides of the hopper causing it to burn only 3/4 of the hopper

The site is laid out nicely. Units and installation packages can be ordered directly. It has user manuals and videos available. The videos are particularly helpful. Contact information is easy to find. The troubleshooting page is very weak and really provides no useful information.

I ordered the care package for the hp22. It's a great deal everything you might need in one box at a price you can't beat. The shipping could have been faster but all in all a good deal.

Excellent stove. Wish hopper had a different design which allowed "ALL" the pellets to drop. Always leaves a few pounds hung up.

Operation directions leave some to be desired. Fire presets seem pretty high compared to pellet stove I had for 10 years.

Just got the HP22i installed and went through the burn off process. As expected, it was a bit smelly during the first few cycles during the burn off but less so each time the stove came on. The fan is pretty quiet but it does have a bit of a high pitched sound. Wish the control panel was a little larger to make it a little easier to see. Wish the manual explained about enabling Wi-fi. That’s all I can say for now as I haven’t used the stove yet other than a few cycles. Looking forward to learning more as I use it more.

I was going to rate this a 5 but there are a couple things keeping it from the top spot! 1st- The users manual is to small and the font is impossible for this 60 year old man to read. Come on Comfortbilt! Spend a extra dollar and put the manual on 8.5 X 11 and make the font bigger. 2nd- The manual had not instructions on how to do some basic items; How to get the ash pan out and how the side doors open. I had to watch videos to get this information!

The stove works great. But you have a problem with the cast iron fire box. I’ve had to order several because of cracking. I was told you were working on it but it’s taking too long. Your rep said the Pacific NW is having more of these problems because of our hotter pellets. I doubt that. Have you checked with other manufactures in our area to see if their stoves are experiencing the same thing. You provide a good product and service but this issue is sullying your brand. You need to rectify this issue quickly.

I would like to say the support I received was amazing from the purchase to installing. there was a few problems with the shipping to no fault of comfort built. I cannot currently say how well the HP22I insert will work since its not winter time yet. photo taken when I just finished sorry about the clutter

I like the stove very much, it seems to be feeding pellets at a higher rate than expected . It is feeding at a rate of about one and a half bags per 24 hours on the lowest setting, most users report about one bag per 24 hours. I wish there was a way to slow it down because it also makes the house too warm at that rate to just let it run , so that leads to more starting and stopping than I would like to do.

The stove arrived on time and in perfect condition; ordering and delivery were perfect. On first trial, however, the auger did not work properly and pellets would not feed. The problem was that the set screw in the base of the auger did not engage the shaft of the auger motor and could not be screwed in far enough to engage. The threads in the base of the auger seemed to be fouled. I bought a 6mm-1.00 tap to cut or clear the threads. After re-cutting the threads the set screw engaged the shaft just fine; the auger turns and the stove now works beautifully. I am very happy with the purchase.

The burn pot I ordered worked perfectly. However, the gasket kit does not come with any instructions. I was able to install the 2 rectangular pre-cut gaskets and they worked well, but could not determine what the big gasket was for or how to install it.
