Great customer service. Stove was pretty expensive considering I had to purchase the hopper extender in order to avoid having to get up in the middle of the night to refill pellets. Also, the design of the hopper and the hopper extender are not practical. Pellets get stuck on the sides so refills need to happen more often than really necessary.
