Love the product!! Customer service is out standing in all areas !!!! Just question some of the components/part.
As far as the burn pot I received, we’ll it is working, but it dos not sit flat like the 1st one. It wobbles from corner to corner. Can tell you the ash build up.. one corner has no ash build up around the outside of one corner. So, I know it is not very efficient! Been thinking of calling/email to explain the situation, but have not had the time to do so.
