I bought Comfortbilt pellet stove h22n back in February2025 and I’ve nothing but problems with it since I received it. I contact customer service and they were very helpful at first until they could not fiqure out the problem with it, then they just quit responding to my problem. Them I tried the customer service help line and they did not respond either. So then i finally filed a warranty complaint and wanted to return the stove and no response from them either. So my conclusion is, don’t buy anything from this company they will not own up to their own manufacturing issues and take care of the problems. I’m fortunate enough to be able to throw it in the dumpster. But most people are not. So please don’t buy anything from this company they are good at selling you an inferior product but cannot stand behind there product. Thanks Ryan
