“Your sales guy who I processed the order, and Athena in customer service department were great. Very friendly and helpful. The problem we had was in the quality of shipping. Two stove pads did not make it here without being damaged. It may be the fault of Fed Ex, or inadequate packaging. I don't know but your people I dealt with were very nice and polite. Bob Conner”

“Cannot recommend purchase! Unit installed in September, worked nicely for 100 total run time hours. On November 5, units auger would not feed pellets, working with the online tech support -extremely slow- the auger motor was replaced (November 20). Nov. 21 reported to tech support Auger still not feeding: still waiting for reply. Your manual is correct, "this unit should not be used as the only source of heat in the home."”

“The first package didn't have the silicone sealant. That arrived a week later. Turns out the first package had a short rope as well. All in all, it took three shipments before I was able to actually replace my stove gasket. Next time I will just buy a kit from a hardware store instead of paying over $50 for this kind of service.”

“Parts have always been available and arrive quickly. I have nothing but good things to say about my comfortbilt hp22 stove. It runs 24/7 from nov. Through March. Other than regular maintenance like gaskets I have only had 2 issues. One ComfortBilt sent multiple parts until we figured out the issue. All free and well after the warranty. The other, the power switch, was readily available and arrived in 2 days.”
