You guys need to address your technical support dept. and the difficulty reaching them. With that said, Clarence did a great job on a call we had and solved my issue with the controls. On the controls subject, I had to replace the control and the motherboard on a stove i just bought brand new from you... good news is it I was able to do it and it worked.. the controls you shipped me to replace the ones on the new stove looked refurbished... not really sure. But i do know this.. your controls can be described as cheap and so far faulty. I hope this is not the case and my stove performs now that i have it working. Summary, still a little miffed i had to repair a brand new unit because your controls seem to be subpar. However, i gave you 3 stars because the mechanics and weight of the stove seem to be superior. thank you, Randy Peterson 276-594-2223

I’ve made reviews before…and each time I can only state how great the crew over at Comfortbilt is. From their product, to the beyond outstanding customer service they provide. If I ever have to get a new house, I’ll only use Comfortbilt.

I bought my Comfortbuilt from Home Depot and was shipped by Comfortbuilt it arrived with brandings broke and was damaged I refused delivery. Ordered a second one from HD I won't get refunded until the damaged one is received by Comfortbuilt. Still waiting for the second stove and waiting for my refund for the first one

Bought new hp22n p stove.had an issue wt a noisy blower motor on 1st burn.had to exchange 4 motors for a fix. Clint and tyler in tech support went the extra mile to get it done.wont have a chance to really test this stoveuntill the winter sets in.have the burgundy ss model so nice looking stove. Also had help from Gordon in sales.would rather have phone tech support as opposed to on line. This old vet has real eye problems. That's all for now. David from az

Seems to still have a problem in that the blower remains on for a long time even when stove is not running

They service was good on ordering my new room blower, although, i am very disappointed that it had to be replaced. The new fan seems to be louder than the old one, can hear some bearing rattle! The stove is 3-4 years old and the fan should last much longer on an $1800 stove. Now it seems like my pellet auger stops feeding occasional and the fire goes out. We have enjoyed the stove but thought we would get trouble free operation for many more years than we have.

I'm on my fourth season with my HP-22N and I have been really happy with it, I wish the burn pots lasted longer as they are not inexpensive, along with the igniters.

Our comfortbilt pellet stove is easy to use and it has practical functions, however, I only used it about 5 times and the auger began making a noise. I got on to a live chat with Tyler R. who was extremely helpful in isolating the problem. I was not comfortable correcting the problem as the stove was still under warranty and I am in mu 80's, so Tyler put me in contact with an authorized repair company in Maryland, Randy's pellet stove repair. Tyler also sent me some replacement parts. Randy was able to accomplish the repairs and Tyler advised me to email the repair bill to todd@comfortbilt.net which I did. To date, I have not received any reimbursement even though I received an acknowledgment from Todd that he had received the bill. With the weather getting warmer, I have not had the opportunity to use the stove.
