Took a while to get my questions answered and then the part I needed got lost in shipment but then everything worked out okay I have some warranty issues that have to be taking care of I hope everything works out the pellet stove i bought is very nice a couple of issues and I hope we get them taking care of

I gave Comfortbilt 4 starts because there technical service is awesome. Though I am a bit dissapointed with the HP42 stoves we bought. We bought one for our house and one for our pole building. We use the stoves for our primary heating source. We have had issues with both stoves with lighting and staying lit. After the great help with Eddy and Daniel in the technical service, I think the issues are fixed for now. Time will tell.

I purchased the amin circuit board for the Alpine HP41 pellet stove, the service great as always, not to mention the price was incredibly good. I would also like to comment on Comfotbilt tech support they are incredible, I wrote to ask if they made the upper baffle for the HP41 becasue mine was starting to pit and warp, they requested my serial number, next they said "well your a few weeks out of warranty but were shipping you out a replacement free of charge". mind you I never asked for a warranty claim just if it was available. Now thanks Great customer service!! I plan to buy my next stove from Comfortbuilt!!

We have had nothing but problems with our new Comfortbilt stove. We have replaced so many faulty parts. It is rediculous! We are lucky that my husband knows how to do this work. I can't imagine what people with no mechanical experience would do. Getting ahold of customer service is a joke. You can't call anyone so you can't speak with anyone. Put in a service ticket, wait for the response, which gives you troubleshooting steps. Write back that it didn't work, wait for another response. They may give you additional steps to perform. You do them and write back AGAIN that it didn't work. WAIT FOR YET ANOTHER RESPONSE! So this process takes anywhere between 5 and 10 days! It could have been taken care of with a 10 minute phone call. We bought a Comfortbilt because we read about how reliable the stoves were. NOT! If they would refund my money, I would return it and get a different stove. The one they sent me is a LEMON! We depend on the stove for heat in our home. Having the stove to be down for 5 to 10 days is unacceptable. How do we stay warm? I will never purchase a Comfortbilt again.

The Comfortbilt team was great. They processed my warranty claim for a new fire box promptly and I did receive it. The issue is that it will not fit down all the way in the seat. It sticks up a little in the front and it is causing some irregular burn patterns and a white residue on the box. What should I do?

They need a better box for shipping. Ours arrived damaged and customer service is terrible.

With the mother board going out after the first 2 weeks I was seriously regretting the purchase. After we got it fixed and it is running properly I am pleased with it.

Greatest customer service in the industry. I depend on my pellet stove to heat my house all winter in eastern WA. Any maintenance issues Ive had the have videos to help and outstanding tech support if I need. Parts are shipped quickly and are reasonably priced. I maintain a complete bench stock of spare parts.

Paid priority shipping for a baffle plate in the coldest time of the year. It sat for days in a location. Fed Ex failed you and us. I paid $29 . Now I don't trust your company anymore.

I have nothing but good to say about the customer service at Comfortbilt. They have responded quickly to every request that I have sent them, and have been quick to ship the right part out to fix the two issues that I've had. Their products are fantastic, and it is refreshing that they back them with outstanding customer service! Keep up the good work, y'all!

This stove was purchased for my husband’s hobby shop so that he could use it in the colder months. This stove had not allowed him to do so. It has not worked properly since we got it. We have replaced two parts on it so far and it is still not working. I think it is defective. A huge waste of money. I am considering contacting the attorney general.

The 1-800 number to call customer service and technical support is not available. When you call in they tell you to email for support and there’s not anyone you can talk to. Having said that, when I emailed support, the staff member, Daniel was great to work with. We were able to resolve my issue with new parts and quality customer service. My issue is not with support, or the quality, it is just not convenient or fast, which can be improved.

I've had this stove for a few months, since about November 2025 and it has been a headache. The low temp sensor alarm keeps coming up and the stove shuts off. When it's cold at night it sucks when i depend on this as my main heating source.

Your company has the worst service. No one calls back to help solve a problem and we only had our pllet stove for 10 months when it stopped working. As for ordering a part from you.I ordered the part on a Friday morning and it was paid for instantly thru paypal, because you sent a shipping number. You never sent it out till the following Thursday. I wish I had seen all the bad reviews on Facebook about your company before buying your pellet stove, now my bad review is also there and our stove is still not working.

I purchased my Comfortbilt Pellet stove and had an issue with the screen and mother board. I contacted the company and they provided the replacement parts to fix my issue. That was a couple weeks ago, I am happy to say my pellet stove works great! I appreciate how Comfortbilt gave me support and the materials needed to fix my problem.

I WAS NOT ABLE TO GET MY NEW HP42 TO WORK WITH A THERMOSTAT I FILED A SERVICE/TECH REQUEST AFTER A FEW BACK N FORTHS NEW CONTROL AND MOTHER BOARD PARTS WERE SENT TO BE FIXED IT RIGHT UP

Ordered the Stainless steel burn pot for our pellet heater. The fit was perfect which has not been the case when ordered from other cheaper venders. Anything I have ordered directly from Comfortbilt has fit and worked perfectly. Emails have been answered promptly and were always helpful. I would recommend always ordering any replacement parts directly from them as to avoid the hit and miss I have encountered with other sellers.
