We have a Comfortbilt HP22, no vendor in Alaska so use online Comfortbilt company for accessories, hard to reach an actual person on phone and shipping time is long, took almost 2 weeks to get order, no shipping options offered, company uses USPS.

Stop shipping with FedEx. They took 3 extra days for a total of 6 days of shipping. Tried to deliver twice once was a hazard and then wrong adress. Guess what it was not wrong. Took calling corp, to get the items delivered.

I ordered a second shop vac. Best on the market for pellet stoves. Very good service. Shipping took way to long but it was not the fault of comfortbilt, they had it sent to the shipping company very quick.

Our comfortbilt stove malfunctioned and caused a fire in the hopper. This fire caused excessive smoke damage in our home. My home owners insurance company covered some of the loss but not everything. The stove has at least a one year warranty but the company is trying not to cover their own warranty. I get the runaround every time I contact them with different types of excuses. Not a company I would ever do business with ever again. Cheaply made in China with an American nameplate stuck on it. Is disgusting.how greedy this company is. I don’t care how long it takes this company will make me whole.

Item is exactly as expected and vermiculite wall fits perfectly in my HP22 Comfortbilt pellet stove. All other parts ordered came in on a timely manner. Very satisfied with parts and service.

Love the look of the stove. East to use, heats very well. Install of stove very easy. Duct work took most of the install time, fairly simple though. Would be nice if the legs to the back plate were easy removable. Could slide it in from the side rather than dropping it down from the top. Mantle above fireplace can cause hook up issues.

When you buy the kit, put the elbow in it as well. That would be why it's a kit.

You guys need to address your technical support dept. and the difficulty reaching them. With that said, Clarence did a great job on a call we had and solved my issue with the controls. On the controls subject, I had to replace the control and the motherboard on a stove i just bought brand new from you... good news is it I was able to do it and it worked.. the controls you shipped me to replace the ones on the new stove looked refurbished... not really sure. But i do know this.. your controls can be described as cheap and so far faulty. I hope this is not the case and my stove performs now that i have it working. Summary, still a little miffed i had to repair a brand new unit because your controls seem to be subpar. However, i gave you 3 stars because the mechanics and weight of the stove seem to be superior. thank you, Randy Peterson 276-594-2223
