12/8/2025 I contacted your company. The fan motor went.I finally received a replacement. It was incorrect in which I sent both photos and in writing details of the differences. I have sent 2 emails my response was we have solved your problem ,however no one bothered to inform me of the solution. Motor I received appears to be for hp22 not hp42n.My concern is that you have closed my file since it’s been more than 5 business days with no response. Furthermore, when I received this stove I couldn’t plug the a/c cord into the stove also the exhaust pipe had problem. I had to enlarge the openings slightly inorder to connect a/c cord and pipe. I assume the cnc was off that shift.I did not complain I own 2of your stoves .Ihope we can resolve this matter before winter is over. I will hold off on my review until this matter is resolved.

I ordered a control cable for my HP21 and it was easy through the website. You shipped it quickly and it arrived in perfect condition. The whole transaction, from ordering to receiving the part, only took 4 days. Great service!

Alpine HP42 stove throws good heat. Had an issue with blower and it was replaced with a better quality fan. Works great. Biggest challenge is understanding how pellets impact burning and cleaning frequently. Ash build up is a problem. Perhaps an improvement would be an ash removal process to give the stove an optimal burn? Even with higher quality pellets the hopper and cleaning process is more frequent than expected.

HP42 Alpine, Love the Stove, its everything I hoped would be. Purchased Nov. 25'. Did have a Convection Blower issue, that I understand is a issue of a badly deaigned end bushing by that manufacturer. Not Comfortbilts fault. Comfortbilt did ship me a new different manuf. blower at No Cost. It seems to be working again like new. I would buy the Stove again tomorrow if needed!

We purchased the HP50 pellet stove for our back porch area that is about 300 square feet to keep it warm for my father in law, it’s where he play's his video games! With how good it works we decided to buy another one for our living room and with both running keeps our house warm about 72 on low even when the outside temperature is below zero at night and only going to mid teens in the day, winter 2025/2026 Hudson Valley NY

Usps lost my package. I did not like that I couldn't speak with a live person about this issue. I had to do everything through email which took a few days to get resolved. I tried live chat and telephone which neither answered. Left voicemail no return call.

We have always had good luck. Our last order never arrived. I blame it on shipping, not comfort bilt.,They sent us a new order on Thursday that was supposed to be 2 day shipping. It is showing it should be here tomorrow????

It was great to have fast responsive “useful” information. Also a few years back I got to talk to an individual on the phone for Somme technical advice. The replacement part was shipped quickly and fit very well.

It never worked right when we got it. And for 3 months it doesn’t work at all. Can’t get anyone to help. I want a replacement or a refund. Worst company ever to get any attention at all.

I purchased my pellet stove in mid November and now it is mid January and it has been broke down more than I’ve have got to use it working on getting issues corrected with Eddie going to try to see how it works out

When i called i was just so surprised that you can't talk to someone unless you find the sesction so they can call you back . When i bought i was able to talk to people to answer any question that i had on instullation and if I would place the stove on the hearth that would be directly on the carpet . And if I couldn't have talked to someone at the company i wouldn't have bought the stove .So the company must have been bought out or decided to cut back and go all automated which to me is not great . For this reason i find the company worse off than when i bought the stove . Yes the stove is good but would have not bought it with out being able to talk to coustomer service or other people that had more knowledge on the instulation of the stove . In my 45 years of working on airplanes i am not a person that needs to have my hand held to install things .
