“Our comfortbilt pellet stove is easy to use and it has practical functions, however, I only used it about 5 times and the auger began making a noise. I got on to a live chat with Tyler R. who was extremely helpful in isolating the problem. I was not comfortable correcting the problem as the stove was still under warranty and I am in mu 80's, so Tyler put me in contact with an authorized repair company in Maryland, Randy's pellet stove repair. Tyler also sent me some replacement parts. Randy was able to accomplish the repairs and Tyler advised me to email the repair bill to todd@comfortbilt.net which I did. To date, I have not received any reimbursement even though I received an acknowledgment from Todd that he had received the bill. With the weather getting warmer, I have not had the opportunity to use the stove.”

“I bought Comfortbilt pellet stove h22n back in February2025 and I’ve nothing but problems with it since I received it. I contact customer service and they were very helpful at first until they could not fiqure out the problem with it, then they just quit responding to my problem. Them I tried the customer service help line and they did not respond either. So then i finally filed a warranty complaint and wanted to return the stove and no response from them either. So my conclusion is, don’t buy anything from this company they will not own up to their own manufacturing issues and take care of the problems. I’m fortunate enough to be able to throw it in the dumpster. But most people are not. So please don’t buy anything from this company they are good at selling you an inferior product but cannot stand behind there product. Thanks Ryan”

“My stove problem continues. The emailing doesn't work well. When you have a problem and the temperature is 0 it takes two days for an answer. Be nice to talk again with the techs for critical problems.”

“We purchased the Comfort build Alpine 42 and it works amazing! We live in North Dakota and for the month of March we only used $84 worth of pellets. We never had to turn on our propane furnace at all. Huge savings!! It Heats our entire home (2500 sq ft) perfectly. Both cats love it too”

“I have not used my new ss Firebox yet. BUT on the stove itself. I have a 22. Nice stove. Good heat. It has the extended pellet storage. The top on the stove needs to be opened up.. the whole top needs to be open so you can fill it with out spilling pellets. It's hard to put a bag i in...”
