This is not the first time i have dealt with this awesome company. Each time, i feel like i am treated like a new customer. Prompt accurate responses. Shipping to match and the part is always the right fit. Prices are fair and should i ever uave to replace this stove, i will certainly buy another one! These folks stand behind their work!

I have replaced every part on this stove in a five year period. Get what ya pay for, Harmon stove is a better buy !

Doesn't heat a room, every night it turns off from low temp alarm(s), house nearly froze due to its failures. Not reliable.

The site was easy to use. Easy to find what I was looking for and to checkout. It would be better if Comfortbilt support would reply to tickets that are opened because I purchased items that I didn’t need attempting to troubleshoot what was wrong with my stove. No reply from support so I purchased items, that come to find out were not needed. If support replied to my ticket, they could have told me what I needed and saved me money. So I rated your website a 4 but your customer service/ support would be rated a zero! Terrible!

I purchased HP21 over a month ago, 1st it arrived 6 days past the promised delivery. Then to make matters worse the the heat blower was jamed. I contacted your company 1st by phone and message said we can't do tech over phone. Said needed to do a repair ticket which I did which was over a week ago again NO response. Your customer service is severly lacking professionalism, realiabilty and any sort of customer service. I'm EXTREMELY disappointed with Comfortbilt. It is very sad in this day and age that companies like yours are alloud to do business. You do not deserve 1 star, you should be in the negative!!

It would be a 5 but this is a replacement stove & after a week the control panel went blank. I called for a replacemnt part, but tech support has yet to respond. Not very happy, looking at a new unit from a different supplier.

After several years, we decided to replace our old ash vacuum. The first one we purchased was through ComfortBilt and we were pleased with the results, so we purchased the newer BJ1513 from them. This ash vacuum is powerful and gets the job done; however, I think the developers of the newer vacuum missed the mark on some important details. First, the electrical cord is shorter than the older vacuum. We now have to use an extension cord to plug in the vacuum where previously we did not. Second, the hose attachment is shorter than the older vacuum. The longer hose was nice so we did not have to move the collection canister around so much. Third, the metal attachment at the end of the hose loosens after several uses and has to be screwed back onto the hose. Fourth, the metal attachment is now larger, so anyone like us who purchased vaccum attachments cannot use them on the newer vacuum because the opening is now too big. We had to purchase an adapter so we did not have to buy new attachments. It would easily have been a 5 star rating if they would have kept the metal attachment size and duability, the hose length, and the cord length the same size.

Currently my new pellet stove is not working and everytime we try to start it, it gives a different code for why it won't start. Tech support is not "just a phone call away" I put in a trouble ticket, but the office is closed on weekends and after 1400 my time. I think i may have made a mistake purchasing a comfortbilt pellet stove.
