Install the stove on sept 15 auger or motor made noise from the beginning the first person Daniel was going to send out new bearings asap but never did the second person I talked to 4 days later he was going to send out bearings Ihe did . Next they expected me to put them in then they wanted me to hire a handyman to install them told them a comfortbuilt tech should install them under warranty then they finally sent Armin out from High heat Peiiet stove LLC that was on oct 26 the stove worked fi ne for 8 days and on Monday start making clunking sound almost every time the auger engages I called Armin this morning said he needs authorization from you people before he can come out again I have a call in to Eddie Britto waiting for a return call .

hello, we are currently waitin for a service tech to investigate the clonking noise when the pellets feed. the noise is getting louder and you have sent spare bearings and motor, but the more it happens i believe the issue is with the auger or some part lifting and banging. i appreciate all your help from Eddy but we wait for the local distributor to vist on thursday. i am also concerned with the ingnition cycle at it some times take 2 mins to fire, then it vents a large cloud of smoke outside which seem to much. again i will review all this om thursday. This a brand new stove in its first hours of operation. maybe it needs to be replaced, but lets see after our service visit. but there seems to be alot of issues with a new stove. again your people have been very help in trying to solve the issues

I'm going on my 5th season with my 22N, and I love it. I run it on ECO. It uses igniters, so I'm trying the Quarts. I bought a stainless steel pot, and I could never get it to seal properly, so it's out in the shop. I have been having good luck with the new, improved cast-iron pots. Your YouTube videos are really helpful,

Had had our pellet stove for 4 years. Our daughter bought the same stove 1 year ago. We love it! This was the first break down, but the rep confirmed that my husband diagnosed the problem correctly. Part was shipped and he installed it and solved the problem. Thank you.

If your auger is making noise replace the bearings. After about 5 tons of pellets the lower one was completely frozen

Was great - I asked about a accesory. I was told it was not a regular option but there was a proto-type. Works great. I appreciate honesty and not just being told there was nothing available. Kudos to your customer service. That little module makes my life easier.

I installed the unit and the only issue is a loud vibration when it's fully heating up. Sounds like a train of jet flying through the house. Lasts only a few seconds but extremely annoying. It's happens every 5 minutes or so.

I inquired about the correct gasket kit for my stove. Your team said I should get the large kit but the only gasket that fit was for the blower motor. The 10" x 2.5" cover opening behind the door at the bottom of the unit you sent 4ntiny gaskets that don't fit that.
