Alpine HP42 stove throws good heat. Had an issue with blower and it was replaced with a better quality fan. Works great. Biggest challenge is understanding how pellets impact burning and cleaning frequently. Ash build up is a problem. Perhaps an improvement would be an ash removal process to give the stove an optimal burn? Even with higher quality pellets the hopper and cleaning process is more frequent than expected.

HP42 Alpine, Love the Stove, its everything I hoped would be. Purchased Nov. 25'. Did have a Convection Blower issue, that I understand is a issue of a badly deaigned end bushing by that manufacturer. Not Comfortbilts fault. Comfortbilt did ship me a new different manuf. blower at No Cost. It seems to be working again like new. I would buy the Stove again tomorrow if needed!

We purchased the HP50 pellet stove for our back porch area that is about 300 square feet to keep it warm for my father in law, it’s where he play's his video games! With how good it works we decided to buy another one for our living room and with both running keeps our house warm about 72 on low even when the outside temperature is below zero at night and only going to mid teens in the day, winter 2025/2026 Hudson Valley NY

Usps lost my package. I did not like that I couldn't speak with a live person about this issue. I had to do everything through email which took a few days to get resolved. I tried live chat and telephone which neither answered. Left voicemail no return call.

We have always had good luck. Our last order never arrived. I blame it on shipping, not comfort bilt.,They sent us a new order on Thursday that was supposed to be 2 day shipping. It is showing it should be here tomorrow????

It was great to have fast responsive “useful” information. Also a few years back I got to talk to an individual on the phone for Somme technical advice. The replacement part was shipped quickly and fit very well.

It never worked right when we got it. And for 3 months it doesn’t work at all. Can’t get anyone to help. I want a replacement or a refund. Worst company ever to get any attention at all.

I purchased my pellet stove in mid November and now it is mid January and it has been broke down more than I’ve have got to use it working on getting issues corrected with Eddie going to try to see how it works out

When i called i was just so surprised that you can't talk to someone unless you find the sesction so they can call you back . When i bought i was able to talk to people to answer any question that i had on instullation and if I would place the stove on the hearth that would be directly on the carpet . And if I couldn't have talked to someone at the company i wouldn't have bought the stove .So the company must have been bought out or decided to cut back and go all automated which to me is not great . For this reason i find the company worse off than when i bought the stove . Yes the stove is good but would have not bought it with out being able to talk to coustomer service or other people that had more knowledge on the instulation of the stove . In my 45 years of working on airplanes i am not a person that needs to have my hand held to install things .

I realy like the stove. burns 10 times better than the last one I had. they quit making the last one I had, and parts were hard to get, same parts as other brands, but if you didn,t the stove from the fireplace shop, they would not sell you parts. stove is real easy to clean, especially with the pan on the bottom to take out to dump ashes, I like the clean cycle to. the only draw back is that the hopper door is to small, hard to put in pellets with out dumping alot on floor. the last one i had had a 10in x 16 in hopper door, made it real easy to put in pellets, would have been nicer to have a larger door. other wise I really like the stove, really glad I bought this stove HP 22N. This company is a joke. The stove we bought has not worked correctly from when we bought it. I have tried for weeks to get a hold of the company via email and phone. Still have not received a response back from them. Have wasted so much money on pellets because the stove doesn’t work. I would never recommend this company or the pellet stoves!

The stove purchased failed within 3 weeks, after not receiving help from tech support, I ordered a new blower motor assembly. That assembly has failed after another month.

Electronic replacement kit was sent after only two bags of pellets used. Than stove shut down filled house with smoke after 14 bags of pellets. We took stove back for refund because customer service was unreachable. . Anyone who buys a comfortbilt stove should be an electrician
