The pellet stove shut down less than 2 weeks. We had to purchase $200 in new parts. It's now working again!

I love the HP42 I purchased.I had 2 problems, 1 found some parts not installed, sent pictures got a tag number from you with we will get back never happen. 2 Stove quit working had a LOST CONNECT on control panel.Did all trouble that was in the book , phoned and left messages, got on your website sent 4 or 5 request with pictures got tag numbers.No one contacted me. I had to join a Facebook group and put my problem out there ,I recived a reply on how to reset the control panel. My stove has been working great. Love the pellet stove, your customer service sucks.

Gave a lot of parts for the money. I would recommend that when you see this on sale It's worth the money to have parts on hand.

The worst service ever and I will be following a consumer report. We’ve been trying to contact you guys for weeks over a pellet stove that we spend like $2000 on that does not work and you keep giving us the runaround. It’s freezing we can’t afford to buy a whole new stove and we’re heating our house with heaters as a result.

The design and materials are good quality. The fabrication of the burn pot not good at all. Does not sit flat on stove. Recieved second pot which I did not use due to the fact it was fabricated poorly. Engineered my own fix.

Please give us the OPTION or either Fedex or USPS. We have to pay for shipping anyway so it should be up to us what method to use. USPS (the method you use to send things to me with no input from me) is inconvienient as all get out as I have to go to the Post Office to pick up the item, where as FEDEX delivers right to my door EVERY TIME.

it took the tech over 24 hours to get back to me. in the mean time I ordered all new parts. this stove has not been the best. it has nickeled and dimed me. the thermostat is too sensitive thus it is hard to control a constant temperature.

I purchased the Comfortbilt HP22 pellet stove and assorted vent pipe and chimney liner components. All appear to be of good quality and the stove works great. I use it to heat my basement wood shop and Am very satisfied.

I ordered the part online and paid for same. I was informed I would have said part in 3 days. I received it in approximately 2 weeks. Fortunately I received it a day before a severe cold 🥶 front. Other than that 2 weeks of freezing in my Home was not a good thing.

I have been having issues since i bought the HP42 and cant get a hold of anyone to help, so if you could have someone reach out to me that would be great. I do not recommend this company because there service department isnt available to anyone and if by chance you do get ahold of anyone, good luck getting the help you need.

I don’t know why I have to change this controller Every year. I love the heater but I go through a couple weeks every time it goes out to get another. My sister bought a 1year newer model and hasn’t had any problems. Just wondering

Stove came , used 2 hours room fan died. Fixed then it wouldn't stay lit. Had to change ton of settings. Now stays lit above setting three not lower and as it heats up there's a loud bang . Metal expanding. So wish I didn't buy this stove.

I had to go with 3 stars since I owned a previous pellet stove for 5 years with no issues. Unfortunately my current hp41 that's now a month old has just had its 3rd mother board and 4th control panel installed just today. My control panels last approximately 4 to 6 days before the screen has no display to show operation of the unit. I also would think that there doesn't have to be a big differential on the set temp to the wire temp sensor located in the back of stove. Especially when the sensor isn't near accurate to the ambient temperature of the room. Hopefully this control panel will last more than a week if not I will have to consider putting comfortbilt in the rear view.
