It never worked right when we got it. And for 3 months it doesn’t work at all. Can’t get anyone to help. I want a replacement or a refund. Worst company ever to get any attention at all.

I purchased my pellet stove in mid November and now it is mid January and it has been broke down more than I’ve have got to use it working on getting issues corrected with Eddie going to try to see how it works out

When i called i was just so surprised that you can't talk to someone unless you find the sesction so they can call you back . When i bought i was able to talk to people to answer any question that i had on instullation and if I would place the stove on the hearth that would be directly on the carpet . And if I couldn't have talked to someone at the company i wouldn't have bought the stove .So the company must have been bought out or decided to cut back and go all automated which to me is not great . For this reason i find the company worse off than when i bought the stove . Yes the stove is good but would have not bought it with out being able to talk to coustomer service or other people that had more knowledge on the instulation of the stove . In my 45 years of working on airplanes i am not a person that needs to have my hand held to install things .

I realy like the stove. burns 10 times better than the last one I had. they quit making the last one I had, and parts were hard to get, same parts as other brands, but if you didn,t the stove from the fireplace shop, they would not sell you parts. stove is real easy to clean, especially with the pan on the bottom to take out to dump ashes, I like the clean cycle to. the only draw back is that the hopper door is to small, hard to put in pellets with out dumping alot on floor. the last one i had had a 10in x 16 in hopper door, made it real easy to put in pellets, would have been nicer to have a larger door. other wise I really like the stove, really glad I bought this stove HP 22N. This company is a joke. The stove we bought has not worked correctly from when we bought it. I have tried for weeks to get a hold of the company via email and phone. Still have not received a response back from them. Have wasted so much money on pellets because the stove doesn’t work. I would never recommend this company or the pellet stoves!

The stove purchased failed within 3 weeks, after not receiving help from tech support, I ordered a new blower motor assembly. That assembly has failed after another month.

Electronic replacement kit was sent after only two bags of pellets used. Than stove shut down filled house with smoke after 14 bags of pellets. We took stove back for refund because customer service was unreachable. . Anyone who buys a comfortbilt stove should be an electrician

The warranty service is very slow at getting back to you. A week later they e mail you back but warranty is great they send the parts you need the reason I gave them a 1 star is they are slow at reaching out to you

Very nice well built piece of equipment does require a lot of cleaning, but it will last a very long time. I will say it was very difficult and never did talk to a human being at tech-support. That was a little frustrating for a 60 year-old non-tech savvy man. I couldn’t find the door handle. It was laying inside the stove underneath the fan. Very frustrating.

Had the stove less than two months and it quit working. Tried to call tech support but there is nobody there. You must fill out an online form and wait for them to call you at their convenience. When they did call was told the issue I was having was a common problem that they are aware of. Was told parts would be here in 2 days. 5 days later parts show up. Had to install new parts myself. The install wasn't too bad but I am pretty mechanically inclined. Had another issue with the stove. Had to go online again to fill out the form because the phone number for tech support gives you a message that they do not take calls. Fortunately I figured out the problem myself because nobody ever called me from Comfortbilt. I researched pellet stoves alot before making my purchase. Comfortbilt seemed to have the best reviews but I am not sure how. I definitely do not recommend the Alpine H42.

Customer service is absolutely the worse. I can't get ahold of a live person on phone, my emails do not get returned. I have tried every option on phone with no help. I don't know what happened but it was a breeze to contact live people in all departments a year ago. I probably will not do business with this company in the future. I will purchase a different brand of pellet stove next summer.

This stove has been broke more than it’s worked. Replace circuit boards auger motor and augar jammed up twice. It’s not working now. It won’t ignite started using the stove middle of November it’s probably been broke down more than a month. I’ve waited for the company to send me parts. I want my money back.

I purchased an HP41 from Lowes at the end of November 2025 to help soften the cost of electric heating in my house. It worked for 1 month and then the auger stopped feeding on 12/28/25. I've gotten slow help from customer service (have been dealing with a very nice guy, but he's clearly overloaded). I've received 2 replacement parts (both took weeks to receive) and the unit is still not working after over a month. I'm very disappointed and frustrated

Needed a new burn pot for HP22 works great heats whole house during Northeast Ohio winters. Shipped out nest day and arrived in 3 days fits perfect . Service is outstanding.
