Purchased an igniter from ComfortBilt to replace a cheap copy from Amazon that lasted 3 days. New igniter shipped quickly, installed easily and very reliable.

So far so good. I needed to watch a YouTube to learn how to clean it- there is so much more to keeping them clean and running efficiently than just vacuuming out the ash tray. Love the stove!!

Overall the website has the necessities we need to keep using our pellet stove. Customer service has done great in helping replace all the parts that go down.

I purchased the service /maintenance kit several months ago and have used the convection fan which I have also replaced so my kit is still 100%. Our stove is now 4 years old and have had just the one component fail.

Don't like it. Collects much more ash and debris than the less expensive cast model. Have adjusted air flow and same issue.

When I attempted a pre burn on my new HP 22 pellet stove the Room Blower Assembly was not working. ( Technically: the motor was receiving 119 volts AC and was drawing 5.9 amps.) in other words, the blower motor that sends warm air into your living space was locked up. Long story short: I contacted Comfort Bilt via their website and they promptly sent me a new compleat assembly. Free of charge. After installing the new fan assembly it has worked flawlessly. After this slight bump in the road, this is one of the best purchases we have ever made. We had a large wood stove before the Pellet Stove and we love it. Obviously it is a little more maintenance but, no more chopping or splitting wood or purchasing split wood ( with the bugs especially ants) and all the other dirt,dust and other stuff that comes through the door when you bring in wood. This stove puts out more heat than the wood stove AND it’s really nice to hit the start button on the remote and enjoy heat right away on cold winter mornings.

Had problems with our stove. There is no one answering the phone. Everything is e-mail back and forth which took 4 days. Feel customer service should be better when a problem exists.

Had problem with seldom used fireplace stove insert. Your on site rep helped me try to trouble shoot, and finally offered a replacement blower motor. Mine had burned out after about 200 hrs of useage. Since installing and opening the input slide to full, the unit runs great! I'm a bit frusterated with your operating instructions. Seems like too much data, and not enough info. I never read clearly how the slide was to operate. in addition, the slide control used is fine for stand alone unit, but for fireplace insert, a shaft extenstion should be added thru the side gap allowing for adjustment when unit is running. This would be an easy check when troubleshooting. ie grab little handle and slide outboard. If clarifiaction needed please call 260-241-8242

I Cut,Split and Stacked Wood For My Wood Stove for 55 Years . I Now Have A Comfortbilt Pellet Stove What A Difference So Easy So Clean And Nice Even Heat From One End Ofd The To The Other End. I Had A Small Probem At First Start Up But That Problem Was Fixed Fast . I Am So Happy With My New Pellett Stove That I Sold 7 Stoves Around My Neighborhood Thank You Comfortbilt !!
