Very poor service and product. The stove is built well but the software is awful. The swing on the temp setting is huge and makes it unusable. The stove regularly has faults despite being clean. I now have a vacuum issue, and have to run in safe mode, and despite asking many times I have no support from Comfortbilt. Don’t buy one! You will spend a fortune and there are better products on the market for less money.

The parts are good and comfortbilt.net works fine. I would like to see shipping options. USPS is not timely and doesn’t let you track packages very well

We love the stove now. When initially started it just wasn't blowing out much air. Watched utube video and found the fan wasn't running. Disconnected and reconnected and all was good. This should be in troubleshooting guide. Also truck driver took out our mailbox.

Have a new stove that wasn't working correctly. Emailed the service department and they responded with parts to fix the stove fairly quickly. Nice to know they support the product they sell. If you are in the market for a pellet stove. Comfortbilt is worth considering.

You know it’s a shame when you buy an extended warranty on a stove and when the stove is 2 yrs old and the burn pot cracks and you put a warranty claim in for replacement, and you get a message stating your warranty is expired and you have to buy the burn pot out of pocket.

Your company was very responsive to my problems with delivery and damage to the product during delivery return and expeditious replacement of the damaged product. However I’m concerned that your shipping company is less than efficient. For example today when they delivered the new pellet stove I did not received an hour notification of when it would be delivered. Thank goodness the driver was willing to wait for me to arrive home and accept the shipment. He claimed that the app or whatever you use didn’t go through to notify me about the hour notification. I’m sorry but that simply is not acceptable. It could’ve been that it’s it was sent back again. Then I would’ve had to wait till another week.

I purchased the hp22i insert pellet stove only 3 years ago and it worked good for one winter, then problems. The second winter the augur bearings had issues, now in the third season it is not working at all. I had to pull the unit out of its inserted position, take apart the trim...which is a complete paine and go through all the trouble shooting steps to figure why the exaust fan isn't circulating. So far no luck. For $2500+ I expected a better product, one that would be working fine 3 yrs in, but like the old timers say, "they don't make stuff like they used to." I don't reccomend this stove.

Customer service has become almost nothing. was very pleased two years ago when I bought my stove, this year when I had problems it was terrible, I couldn't get any help, nobody to answer the phone, left messages and it took days to get a call back, then they sent the wrong part. was without heat for two weeks. was very disappointed.

One year now, I am happy with the stove. Recently one of the wires in the four wire connection was visibly broken, this was on the top monitor, where it plugs into the back. When I put the wire back in the slot it broke off from, the stove would work, but every time I opened the hopper I had to do this. Pretty obivious this was the problem. Last year when I put on the optional hoppper, I didn't replace the four pronged wire with the longer cord. I called Comfortbuilt tech help, he immediately read off a list of parts I need, including a new mother board. He said he could give me a 75% discount, but didn't give me a price. So, I asked him what the price would be, I think he said around $250. He was clearly trying to sell me something I didn't need, not what I would expect from a technician who I called for advice. He said, rather nastly I thought, "well, I'm just tryng to be helpful, I can't gaurantee the broken cord is your problem". Well, the wire was visibly broken, and when I put the wire in the slot on the connector, the stove worked, but every time I opened the hopper the wire came loose., and the stove would shut down. I would guess that is the problem, don't you think? As the saying goes, I wasn't born yesterday. I ordered the longer four wire cord, on my own, and replaced it, and have had no problem since. That cord was $30, with shipping, too expensive for what it is, but a lot cheaper than $250, for parts I didn't need. So, really, really poor service from Comfortbuil, a total rip-off if I had believed the technician, I found this experience to be an insult to my intelligence.
