The stove worked for 1 year before parts started failing. There is absolutely NO customer support. I've had to diagnose the stove myself and order parts I thought might be the problem. The heating element has gone bad 5 times in 3 years. The main switch twice. 2 sensors and now the main board. NO customer support. HP22
