I didn't use the website. I don't like to "chat" because it takes too long to get an answer. I called in to speak with a Tech rep...it took a day for them to get back to me. However, when I did finally get through to a Tech rep, he answered my questions in a couple of minutes and he transferred my call to Sales to complete the order. Gordon and the tech rep get five starts, but getting through your tech support is poor.
