I ordered a HP22 and in transit it was damaged, I refused the delievery and called Gordon. He passed it along to his care team and they took care of everything. Got my new stove. I am shocked at how wonderful this stove preforms. And the team really bent over backwards to see that my package arrived safe and secure. ABF was exceptional. I can't thank you enough.

I always look to comfortbuilt for my HP 21 parts, I don't like using knockoffs for my stove, I want it to run all winter long without any issues.

The stainless burn pot did not fit corectly . The ignician hole was located to low causing it to rest on the igniter tube. This caused the flange to not make contact with the cradle causing leakage. Was able to make a gasket for it and will use it for a back-up but not up to the quality I have grown to expect form comfort bilt.

Shipped 2 stoves with poor packaging that resulted in damaged property. Stoves are NOT shipped in quality packaging and arrived damaged. Shame on packer for not ensuring stove can make the trip.

I purchased this igniter specifically as a back-up. Using the pellet stove in eco mode obviously is hard on igniter. The savings verses the price of an igniter is worth the risk. My only igniter fail has been ash between the igniter and the pellets due to irregular cleaning. All in all the stove works flawlessly with regular maintenance.

This is my second stove from comfortbilt. First model was Hp22 purchased from Glenn back in 2016 except for replacing the igniter stove ran great. Install in shop. Purchased an Hp 42 in October of 24. Ran great for 2 weeks, auger stopped. Contacted tech no reply for 3 days left messages no call back finally after a week received an email asking for proof of purchase supplied receipt. After two or more days got an email saying parts shipped.four days later tracking states not picked up by shipper. Finally 4 days later received new auger motor and motherboard.Installed new parts stove up and running after 2 weeks.Comfortbilt used to have top notch support Glenn would give you his cell a d get back within 24 hrs very disappointed customer. By the way new auger has a loud squeak. Guess I'll have take care of myself. I will have second thought now on recommending SMG comfortbilt in the future William Dittus

Very poor service and product. The stove is built well but the software is awful. The swing on the temp setting is huge and makes it unusable. The stove regularly has faults despite being clean. I now have a vacuum issue, and have to run in safe mode, and despite asking many times I have no support from Comfortbilt. Don’t buy one! You will spend a fortune and there are better products on the market for less money.

The parts are good and comfortbilt.net works fine. I would like to see shipping options. USPS is not timely and doesn’t let you track packages very well
