“22I good stove works well enough as long as you don’t mind replacing all the bearings every year. Should have bought a Quadrafire.”

“Blower for interior heat works just fine except for bearings, that unit should be built with replaceable bearings that a homeowner can replace, or comfort built take them back and rebuild for a fee cheaper than buying a new one just because the bearings are worn out, also if they were made with lubrication outlet to keep them from wearing out so quickly, and the baffle above the fire box, is made with toi thin gauge steel which doesn't hold up, had to fabricate new ones several times.”

“I received help through texting and within a few minutes it was determined I needed a new control board and screen panel, I received them a few days later. The help was very quick and the time received was also. Once I replaced them I could not get the pellets to drop, so I live chatted and the gentlemen who was helping me asked me to do one quick move on the panel and to my surprised it started working. We love our Comfortbilt stoves and the support we get when and if a problem pops up..”

“Would not purchase another Comfortbilt product. The HP22 Pellet Stovepellet stove as delivered needed alterations to the sheet metal just to install the exhaust pipe. Customer service said "Yah go ahead and cut it the laser must have been off" Customer service is difficult to contact; they answer the phone if they feel like it, when transfered to customer service the front desk said I don't know why he didn't answer, I know he's back there. I have had to replace the burn pot twice in 2 years because of warping and cracking. The fire goes out when there is still pellets in the hopper. There are more issues but tired of typing.”

“The motor was making a grinding noise and the customer service guy swore to me it was bearings to the auger and I bought bearings and put them in and it still made the noise then I had to order a motor and put it in and now it is quiet and the guy talked me right in to buying something I didn't need and I even took a video for him and he still didn't have a clue, not happy”

“Everything was great until I tried to hook it up. Then things fell apart. The exhaust port is cockeyed making the stove unusable as is. I've sent a photo to tech support for review and action! Action is the key word. I love the stove, but it needs work or replacement”

“Replacement vacuum switch arrived promptly, but the old switch is working fine. I learned a lot about the function of a vacuum switch, and now I have a spare. Better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it.”

“Well I always did get good service till recently, when I had a problem. After two emails no reply. I called today about why I haven't heard from anyone. Things have changed the way Comfortbilt does business now on the technical support side. Sounds like I am on my own!!”
