Would not purchase another Comfortbilt product. The HP22 Pellet Stovepellet stove as delivered needed alterations to the sheet metal just to install the exhaust pipe. Customer service said "Yah go ahead and cut it the laser must have been off" Customer service is difficult to contact; they answer the phone if they feel like it, when transfered to customer service the front desk said I don't know why he didn't answer, I know he's back there. I have had to replace the burn pot twice in 2 years because of warping and cracking. The fire goes out when there is still pellets in the hopper. There are more issues but tired of typing.

The motor was making a grinding noise and the customer service guy swore to me it was bearings to the auger and I bought bearings and put them in and it still made the noise then I had to order a motor and put it in and now it is quiet and the guy talked me right in to buying something I didn't need and I even took a video for him and he still didn't have a clue, not happy

Part arrived with a broken wire terminal I had to repair and the wrong mounting plate I had to reuse part of the part of the old motor

Everything was great until I tried to hook it up. Then things fell apart. The exhaust port is cockeyed making the stove unusable as is. I've sent a photo to tech support for review and action! Action is the key word. I love the stove, but it needs work or replacement

Replacement vacuum switch arrived promptly, but the old switch is working fine. I learned a lot about the function of a vacuum switch, and now I have a spare. Better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it.

I am a dealer for ComfortBilt, and they treat me well! If we need parts or technical help, they are on it, and get parts out quickly, and can usually walk us thru technical issues. Their stoves work well, and are very competitive in price.

Well I always did get good service till recently, when I had a problem. After two emails no reply. I called today about why I haven't heard from anyone. Things have changed the way Comfortbilt does business now on the technical support side. Sounds like I am on my own!!

I ordered a filter for my comfortbilt vaccuum and it was shipped fast and arrived in perfect condition. It made my vaccuum work more efficiently after 2 years of use. Very pleased with the service

Poor communications on status of my replacement parts to be get my NEW HP42 running again. Once I got email that parts shipped, it was actually two days later that it shipped. After first part did not fix problem, second part took even longer to ship. Phone support is poor and never received return call after first part did not fix my problem.

I ordered a HP22 and in transit it was damaged, I refused the delievery and called Gordon. He passed it along to his care team and they took care of everything. Got my new stove. I am shocked at how wonderful this stove preforms. And the team really bent over backwards to see that my package arrived safe and secure. ABF was exceptional. I can't thank you enough.
