The first package didn't have the silicone sealant. That arrived a week later. Turns out the first package had a short rope as well. All in all, it took three shipments before I was able to actually replace my stove gasket. Next time I will just buy a kit from a hardware store instead of paying over $50 for this kind of service.

I have 2 comfortablt pellet stoves one in my 40x50 shop and one in my mountain cabin. Love them both. Very maintenance free

Parts have always been available and arrive quickly. I have nothing but good things to say about my comfortbilt hp22 stove. It runs 24/7 from nov. Through March. Other than regular maintenance like gaskets I have only had 2 issues. One ComfortBilt sent multiple parts until we figured out the issue. All free and well after the warranty. The other, the power switch, was readily available and arrived in 2 days.

just bought it. run 25 bags of pellets. Already replaced a blower because a loud noise. not that happy with the stove. we'll see

I'm on my 6th season with my hp22n and have had no issues. I recently bought the care package of parts and it arrived in 3 days without any issues. A great company so far.

HP22N- This stove arrived with MULTIPLE ISSUES. The ECO mode does NOT WORK. Lots of loose screws causing rattling. I had to spend an ADDITIONAL $200 for a remote thermostat in order to make the stove work like it should. Tech Support was Marginal At Best. These stoves are NEEDLESSLY COMPLICATED. In Addition it's supposed to hold 80lbs of pellets.... Not. I'm just hoping that nothing else goes wrong with it.

The parts seem to be good quality. The customer service on the other hand, slow. I called and left a message on technical support voicemail. I recieved a call over a week later just to agree with what I assumed the problem was, after replacing all 250.00 in parts. The problem still persists and I am left with no heat. I guess I will just continue troubleshooting on my own.

I recently purchased the HP50S. Stove was delivered on time and in good condition. Stove was installed and everything seems to be fine. I later contacted ComfortBilt with a question and customer service was very helpful.

I'm giving a bad review due to a problem with my new pellet stove that I purchased in August. I filled out a form and called. Left a message. Got an email saying it is being reviewed. Been 10 days. Unhappy with the non response to my problem
