Our house only had electric baseboard heat until we bought our pellet stove. The house was always at 60 degrees and the electric bill was still over $300 a month in the winter time. Now the house is at a comfortable 70 degrees, we are not freezing all the time. The stove is great decore for the room. The only issue that I had was that I was sent the wrong stove pipe kit, which they OVERNIGHTED me the right one when they found out to fix it. Great stove! Great customer service! What more can you ask for?
