The Comfortbilt stove I purchased was the HP22N and it takes me about 20% of the time that it took me to clean my other pellet stove and I stayed a lot cleaner in the process. As for running it, I just have to push buttons and it fires up and runs the way I had hoped that it would. And finally for the tech support, Johnathan and James are awesome. I had a few questions about the operation of the stove and I had a screw wedged in by the fan blades and they walked me through it with easy and I never felt like I was an inconvenience by asking for help. In fact they were both so great that I added them to my contacts so I would remember their names if I had any other questions or needed parts down the road.
