Very good service and excellent response to problems that are given problem and do there best to fix in any way they can the only problem that I will say that needs addressed is the bridging of pellets otherwise in my eyes they got a excellent stove that gives plenty of heat and is quite nice looking give a person the right ambiance to watch a fire and be cozy with your love one that’s to the team that help me out
