I had ordered some replacement parts for my stove, but I used the wrong model number. After emailing with Todd from Comfortbilt, it was cleared up and taken care of swiftly.....even though it was my mistake. So far, for the time I've had my stove (hp22N) I've had nothing but good things to tell people about my stove and my dealings with CB. Customer service has exceeded my expectations, thank you all.
