Excellent customer service with tech support. My HP22 pellet stove kept shutting off and eventually stopped working entirely. I told tech support in detail what my issues were. Within a day and on a Sunday they responded with what most likely would resolve the issue. They promptly sent me a main power switch replacement free of charge and shipping. I just bought the house and it already had the pellet stove with the sale of the house. It resolved the issue and I am very please with the customer service from Comfort Bilt!
