We got our HP22N a little over a month ago. Ownership didn't start off so well for us newbies, however the tech support helped us every step of the way with recommendations on settings that best worked for our situation. Main thing I learned is buy the good stuff. We purchased Home Depot pellets the first few weeks. We then purchased some from a local distributor and what a night and day difference. It burns cleaner and hotter at a lower setting. The stove is great, but the customer service is even better.
