Great customer service. I was contacted by a very sweet guy who called to tell me my order would not fit in a P.O box. Once I explained that it is in a post office and all large packages are kept in the back and nothing is too big to be stored at my post office, he shipped it out right away. Love that he made the call just incase prior to shipping it out and once confirmed it arrived very quickly. Everyone I have spoken to at Comfortbuilt is very polite, friendly, and professional. They are always helpful with any questions that I have called about.
