I had purchased an HP 54 stove from HomeDepot in august of 2020. We didn’t install it until December and had problems with it shortly after the first of the year. When I called ComfortBilt about the issues hoping to get some help I was informed that the stove was recalled. I was then offered my money back or an HP 22 stove to take its place. I opted for the stove and received it in short order. I think highly of the company as most would take their time to help a customer with a problem. I also would recommend this company and the HP 22 to anyone looking for a pellet stove. Job well done.
