HP-50 model has been great. Customer service has been great. Great stove at a great price and good company relations. I live in Northeast near Canadien border. It keeped us pretty warm through the winter. I used to own a Harmon Accentra. The Comfort built is a third of the price and puts out comparable heat but the HP-50 in my opinion is a better stove!! Thank you Comfortbuilt!
