I am extremely happy with the pellet stove. The service from Comfortbilt has been outstanding from the time I placed my order. The stove was actually picked up the following day from the trucking company. I had to buy venting at a couple different intervals due to my exhaust vent already being in place, and Comfortbilt had these items in stock and sent them the same day. One shipment was lost by Fedex that I had overnighted, and Comfortbilt just overnighted another set. The Fedex shipment finally did show up and they sent me a return label in another shipment I had ordered. The Duravent piping I purchased from them is top notch, and they even had the best pricing on the internet for the piping. Great company to do business with!
