We called in due to our igniter failing. They immediately sent us a new one. That igniter didn't work for whatever reason, so we called again. They didn't even blink an eye at sending us another one. They sent it over-night it at no charge to us and included a few extra fuses just in case! Wonderful customer service on our warranty!!! We would highly recommend this company and their product!
