couldn't find anyone in my area to service my comfortbilt so I called and they told me what I needed and how it would be easy to do it myself, I was not sure about this but ordered the part they told me to and watched a video on utube and got my stove running in minutes. The customer service there was excellant and next time something happens I am confident I can fix it myself with a little help from the people I bought the stove from.
