I ordered a new burn pot as original had cracked from one season of use and was having trouble getting the stove to ignite .the tech there told me to put some pellets in the pot and light them . was only way to get it started ..new burn pot solved that problem. cracked around the welded ring. I was kind of disappointed to get only one season use out of the pot. also think the hole the exchange tube scraper goes through should of been bigger . the finish has rubbed off the rod. Over all i like the stove. I didn't realize it would burn so much pellets. About a ton and a half or so each winter.. Russell G Hoffman
