Installed unit a few weeks ago after winter season and have used it few times when temperatures hit low 30’s. The HP22N I purchased has operated very well with no hiccups, operating in temperature mode which adjust feed rate and blower accordingly. Using premium rated pellets it has left very little ash and almost nothing in the burn pot after it’s shut down. Does an excellent job at regulating heat, I don’t think it’s too loud at max fan rate and puts out a good amount of heat. Windows have stayed pretty clean. Overall very satisfied and look forward to using this instead of electric heat next winter. The company has been great at answering questions and shipments of Stove Pipe has been excellent. Better pricing on Pellet Pro pipe than I can get locally! Yeah I’d recommend product and company.
