Stove works great! I had an issue where the main switch broke after a few uses, but I called customer service, and they mailed a new switch to me very quickly. The customer service was not a call-center over seas. It was fast, smooth, and easy. Since installing the new switch, the stove has worked flawlessly. It puts out a ton of heat, the push-button start makes it super easy. The cleaning is also very easy and fast. The stove is well designed, and the majority of the ash falls straight into the ash box. Very nice stove.
