I had a strange issue with my HP22. Tech Support was nothing short of amazing. They answered me on a Sunday night. Unheard of today. They would respond promptly every time and worked with me until the problem was fixed. I hope I don't have to use them again buy feel comfortable knowing help is there.
Also, love the stove. It cranks. Don't get this model if you have a small space.
