The guys in technical support are awesome to work with. I had an issue with my auger and many conversations with them I got my auger bit working and my pellet stove is running fine. They were quick to ship me the items I needed to repair my stove and received them the next day. Also their YouTube video is the holy bible in how to fix your comfortbilt stove. I refer to it quite often. Keep up the great work guys!!!
