This is the first pellet stove we have ever had. We have been burning wood for many years. The mess was getting to me. My husband and I had talked about getting a pellet stove for a few years. Finally, when the woodstove needed a new motor I decided it was time. We decided this stove should work well for our space. And that it does. Just love it. ComfortBilt is a wonderful company to work with. They have been so helpful from the purchase, to the install, to little issues we weren't used to as we have never had a pellet stove before.
