I would rate it with 3 stars
When the stove is working, it’s fantastic. Unfortunately the built (ceratin components) are definitely not good. I've used it for about 1 month and I've already had to contact your support 2 times in regards to parts not working properly or flat out broken.
Thankfully your customer service responds in a timely manner and they are very helpful. I will give them (customer support) 5 stars!
