Installed the Fire Switch very easily, but have attempted to install the lead wires yet. This looks more challenging to install. I wish ComfortBilt had a video to watch on how to install lead wires.
As for customer service they are the best. Always available to assist with problem solving or sending parts needed to fix issues.
