Called due to our pellet stove shutting down as if it were blowing fuses. Tried replacing fuses (which we discovered an extra in the power switch), no luck. Contacted Comfortbilt, they knew immediately what the problem was, apologized for the inconvenience, and stated they would be sending a replacement as we spoke. Ended up being the main power switch that had been recalled during the time we purchased, ours that did not get caught and switched out. We love our pellet stove, had a Quadra Fire for nearly 15 years and replaced it in 2021 with the Comfortbilt, we are not sorry at all for the purchase! Great customer service is a definite bonus!
