I purchased my comfortbilt pellet stove a few years ago and it has performed as our primary heat source for that time. We only had a couple of rather minor problems (igniter failure and premature firepot failure) which comfortbilt fixed immediately and hassle free.
In future models, it would be nice to have a larger, more accomodating hopper loading door and perhaps a small light inside the hopper that is activated when the door is opened.
