The staff at comfort built was exceedingly helpful through the process of purchasing my Comfort Built pellet stove from the placement of the order to the delivery of the unit. There were issues with the freight company and Comfort Built did an excellent job in keeping me informed and resolving the issue. I would highly recommend this company.
