We have had many issues with our brand new pellet stove in the short amount of time that we have had it. From the door gasket needing replaced the same week we installed it, the power switch suddenly stopped working, the igniter went out without warning etc. however, the tech support customer service has been absolutely wonderful! They are very knowledgeable, and respond to our emails immediately and send the replacement parts in a timely manner.
