In the last year I have purchased two HP-22's, one directly from Comfort-bilt and the second from Lowe's (for the military discount). The second one I purchased stopped working unexpectedly and blew the fuse in the switch. I had a little trouble getting through to the customer service on the phone, but eventually left a message in the chat box which was about 15 minutes after their technical support hours. I was shocked that within 2 minutes of sending my chat message that I received a phone call from their technical support apologizing that I could not get through to them over the phone and saying they were 99% certain the problem was the switch, and were sending a new one overnight to me. Sure enough a three minute start to finish replacement of the switch has us back up and running.
The product itself is very good at producing heat, but really the customer service is worth the cost of the product.
