When we first bought put pellet stove 3 years ago, we had an issue getting it going properly. The technician was VERY helpful, even gave us his cell to call day or night if it continued. This last issue, again the technician was knowledgeable and knew exactly what the problem was and sent us out a replacement part the next day. And our stove is working great again!
