Your pellet stove is great, was a very good investment. I would recommend this pellet stove to anyone. There are some cons that I would like to bring to your attention, pellet loading door is just too small
and hopper does not empty pellets before stove shuts off, always leaves 2 to 3 lbs. I still would give this stove a 4 plus star rating. Yes and by the way this second year with stove and no problems. Thank you
