Recently had to send for new augur bearings. Stove not even a year old and was making bad noises. Found that the auger bearings were going bad. Great customer service. they actually sent me 2 sets of bearings for and a new auger. Don't know if that is a sign that they won't last or not. Time will tell. I love the stove, but they have some bad parts in it. Customer service is always Great....
