We have loved our stove! Once we got past the learning curve of learning how to use it (lots of you tubes available to learn) its been great. The only sad thing was finding that there are no service people close to where we live. We called the tech guy at Comfortbilt and he was super helpful. I had to call back later to talk with him once our service guy was here to install the part and the tech guy was gone for the day. I spoke with another gentleman there who wasn't as enthused to help. He was the sales person. :( Outside of that we do love the stove. Also, be prepared for delivery. Our delivery occurred two weeks earlier than we were informed and the delivery guy dropped it off at the top of the drive next to the highway. Anyone could have stolen it. We were never even notified it was being dropped.
