The Comfortbilt folk are absolutely awesome. Never have I had better service. I had to purchase the 21 Model and had it up and running within a matter of minutes. The install was quick. I had a problem with the power going out, and they sent out the parts necessary, and it only took me a few minutes to install, and get the stove working again. I highly recommend this company for your heating needs. USA all the way.
